    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I come from a region where most of the small-scale farmers are trying to eke out their living by growing coffee. As we speak, most of them are selling their coffee to multinationals because the KPCU, which is a farmer-owned organisation, has been brought down. I am happy to hear the Minister say that he is ready to take action. He has fallen short of stating categorically what action he will take to assure coffee farmers so that they can go back to coffee farming."
