"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, a very efficient team of management is in the process of being put in place at KPCU. That is a highly qualified team that Kenyans will be proud of. It will be independent and not necessarily paid by KPCU. We shall let it work independently over a two-year period during which they can help to restructure KPCU. Also, there will be changes to the by-laws which will be presented to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the next few weeks to enable the Minister and the Government to step in at an appropriate time, in order to ensure that we do not ever again get into such a situation.
