    "content": "I would like to comment on some of the issues that Members are raising such us CDF and having time to go to the constituencies. I am sure there are many Members who have been visiting their constituencies. They have not been waiting for an adjournment to do that. Mr. Deputy August 7, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 2451 Speaker, Sir, I also believe that management is not only by being there, it is also by delegating. We have issues of national importance in this Parliament that have kept the country on its toes, waiting to see what this Parliament is going to do. I am going to speak about he Grand Regency Hotel sale again. This House raised the issue of Grand Regency Hotel. Now, there is another Commission doing the same work on this. The Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade was mandated to investigate the matter and bring their Report to this House. What is the credibility of this House if the first report that will come out is what is being seen on television through the Commission that has been set up by the President?"
