"content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. From the very outset, I want to say that I oppose the Motion. We have been talking about constitutional reforms in this country for the last 15 years. We are at a critical stage of that process. If we adjourn the House at this time, it means we will be adding another one year for that process, which we cannot afford. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is also a very critical stage because there are matters of great public interest. One of them is the Grand Regency Hotel issue. The other one is that of the RVR. We are at a very critical stage and it would only be fair if we got answers to those issues before this House adjourns. With those few remarks, I beg to oppose."
