    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have a warehousing receipt programme and I would like to encourage the farmers that instead of incurring costs of fumigation and other chemicals, they should deposit the cereals with the NCPB and the Board will make sure that the chemicals, fumigation and drying are done. The fee is very minimal and the storage is free. It is better to store the cereals with the NCPB than to keep them in the house where the farmer is going to buy the chemicals and do all the other things. When they take the cereals there, they will be given a receipt and can collect their maize when they want."
