    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am the Member for Isiolo South Constituency and not Isiolo North Constituency as it appears on the Order Paper. I beg to ask the Minister for Water and Irrigation the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Is the Minister aware that Uaso Ng'iro North River is drying up for a stretch exceeding 100 kilometres between Malka Daka and Habaswein? (b) Is the Minister aware that the above situation is largely due to illegal abstraction of river water by the large-scale farmers upstream? (c) What measures is the Minister taking to protect the suffering of the pastoralists downstream Uaso Belt?"
