(a) Could the Minister table a list of persons assigned FM Radio and TV frequencies in Kenya, indicating the number of frequencies assigned to each of them and amount paid by each to the Government in fees and other revenues to date? (b) Could the Minister also confirm that one person has been assigned more frequencies than the State owned Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) and give the justification for the situation? (c) When will the Government commission the Digital TV and FM frequencies?"
