    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I appreciate the Minister's response. If there is one part of this country that is insecure it is northern Kenya. The Minister said that the reason for closing down the camps is under-staffing. On Saturday, a police officer was killed in Gas. On Sunday, a ten-year-old Standard Two child was killed in Forole, along the Kenya/Ethiopia border. I want the Minister to tell this House and the nation what the priority of the Government is in terms of providing security to northern Kenya, if police posts are closed due to under-staffing. That is the most insecure zone in this country!"
