    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I said, the point of the matter is that there was very serious under-staffing. Some posts had as few as one or two officers, who could not do the work. For that reason, it had been arranged that, indeed, there would be a combined force of AP officers, Kenya Police officers and Kenya Wildlife Service rangers, who would partrol the general area. What I have said is clear. We will be rolling out a number of AP officers from the training college in the third week of this month. We will ensure that adequate security personnel are posted to those posts."
