On Saturday, when an AP officer was killed, it took 17 hours for his body to be transported from Gas to Marsabit, due to lack of serviceable vehicles and fuel. While we appreciate the increased number of security personnel in northern Kenya in the last two years, lack of serviceable vehicles and fuel have become a major impediment for them to be effective. What will he do to ensure that there will be enough serviceable vehicles and fuel in that region for security to be restored?"
