    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister is misleading the House because airlifts were being done! In the last Parliament, the then Minister for Foreign Affairs airlifted, out of 40 scholarships from Morocco, 35 students from his own constituency! Why not from northern Kenya? These Ministers, whatever scholarships they get, they use them for their own political gains! That is a fact! They only come here to mislead the House!"
