    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I appreciate the Minister's answers and keeness of helping Kenyans to get water. We thank her very much for that. As we speak, the El- molo people drink the water directly from Lake Turkana. I do not know whether there is any other group in this country that does drink water from an extremely salty lake. I am pleading with the Minister to spare some time and visit these poor people who are decreasing in number in Loyangalani and listen to them. That way, she will understand the real issue. Could the Minister tell us when she will be able to do this?"
