This is because parents have been paying Kshs2.4 2358 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE August 6, 2008 million to these teachers. I need to tell parents what to pay if the Minister is not going to employ enough teachers. Could the Minister tell us, out of the 68 teachers, how many will be sent to primary schools in Limuru?"
