    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is true that, that officer has been removed from one board but as a result of what has been happening with the Water Services Regulartory Board. The Board has not been functioning. She is not the only one. The Board has changed five CEOs in five years. So, she was just a victim of a bad Board which we changed. I want to share again with the House that this Water Services Trust Fund which is a grant and not a loan from the Government has surplus money and unless we engage people who can be effective in that place, surely our people will continue to suffer.
