    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. It is not a matter of where one comes from. I come from Ndaragua Contituency where we have no water. I also want services delivered so that we can also get water in my constituency. We have a clear letter here from the Head of the Civil Service. If we have a conflicting position from the Prime Minister's Office and another one coming from the Head of Civil Service then I submit that this issue needs to be investigated well. We should either refer it to a Committee or I get permission to bring a proper Motion to discuss this matter."
