    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the conflict is about encroachment. My neighbours from Baringo East have encroached into Turkana. They have taken over the entire Longolo Division and half of Lokori Division. So far, 60,000 Turkana's have been displaced from Lomolo, Lochakula, Napenton and Nario Moru. A number of them are residing in Lokorio. Others are scattered all over in the slums of Kambi Samaki, Baringo and Mogotio."
