    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I stated in my reply, we have currently stopped all trawling activities within the first five nautical miles of our Indian Ocean territorial waters. So, if there is such a thing happening there, it is illegal. I also want to state that our continental shelf within Ungwana Bay extends for more than 20 nautical-miles inside. Some vessels get in there due to lack of monitoring, control and surveillance, but I will check to verify that allegation."
