Cautions erroneously placed on the above two parcels by the council were removed when the above facts were established. Further to the above, the owner, Mr. Muchira, filed a suit in court challenging the council on its action of filing the caution. As a result, the council was legally advised to withdraw from the suit due to lack of evidence of ownership."
