    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, indeed, as the hon. Member has mentioned, we acknowledge that the problem has increased. There is no doubt about that but we in the Ministry are taking certain actions that include, creating awareness among Kenyans particularly in areas where the menace has been reported. It is is important wherever we have this conflict, to report it to the nearest KWS office. If they do not do their job, then advise us at the Ministry headquarters and we can be able to make a follow up."
