    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not think the Assistant Minister realises the magnitude of human/wildlife conflict. It is not only in Nyakach but the whole country. The fact of the matter is that wildlife has to be managed and it is the responsibility of the Ministry. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if the Ministry cannot do so, could they allow wananchi to handle the situation and not be charged because they are suffering since their crops are being destroyed and lives are being lost?"
