    "content": "Order! Since the mandate is cross-cutting, it is the Chair's opinion that this issue can be adequately handled by the Committee on Health, Housing, Labour and Social Welfare. It can also be handled by the departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. However, the Chair rules that the Committee on Health, Housing, Labour and Social Welfare be the necessary investigating body into this matter and report back to the House in exactly two weeks."
