On 3rd August, 2011, I sought a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Information and Communications regarding some Safaricom dealers whose contracts were irregularly cancelled by Safaricom. The Minister had promised to deliver the Statement on 25th August, 2011. It is now three months since then."
