    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Minister for the response but as we sit here in the House and continue to talk about RVR, we know that the economies of this country and of regional countries continue to suffer. We also know that RVR entered into a management agreement with Sheltham PSI which is owned by one person who is actually the same one in RVR and Sheltham, that is Mr. Roy Puffet. Could the Minister confirm that he is moving with speed to ensure that the concession is cancelled and the railways is transferred to KRC for proper management?"
