    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to lay two documents on the Table which, perhaps, time allowing, you will allow me to share with this House. But if time does not allow, I wish to lay on the Table the particulars of the directors, secretaries and the entire process that brought into existence RVR, and which might be of interest to this House and the people of this country. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, at the time when the Government handed over that premium asset to that phoney company - and I continue to call it a \"phoney company\" until proven otherwise - it was only 95 days old and it had a share capital of only Kshs100,000!"
