    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is leading to a question. Right now, the railway line is prohibiting the transport of goods from Mombasa. My question to the hon. Minister who was my mathematics teacher is: Has he used the correct mathematical algorithm to see that goods at the Port of Mombasa are accumulating exponentially and they are not being transported because the railway system is down? I believe that this House will say one day that unless the Kenya Railways Corporation takes over Rift Valley Railways, we should consider it dead."
