    "content": " Indeed, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I said that the Prime Minister would like to come and answer questions from hon. Members. I even requested that they introduce the Prime Minister's Question Time in the Standing Orders so that the Prime Minister can come and ventilate on key policy issues here. Hon. Members can then interrogate him. I am told by the Speaker, that this matter has already been considered in the revised Standing Orders. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the hon. Member may also wish to know that Standing Orders also provide that if there are matters which are fairly secret, even the galleries can sometimes be emptied so that such issues could be discussed here. As a Government, we are not deliberately trying to withhold any information from the House. The House is completely entitled to full disclosure of information that the Government has."
