    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Defence regarding an incident that occurred on 4th August, 2008, at Lerasoro area of Samburu East in which two persons were injured by an explosive bomb. One of them later died on the way to hospital. This incident happened as the men were grazing their livestock. You may be aware that there was a Question on this same issue last week. I would, therefore, like the Minister, in his Statement, to tell the House whether this area is safe any more for grazing livestock. This is because the military carries out its exercises there. I would like the Minister to also tell the House what preventive measures the Government will take to stop further deaths as a result of similar incidents."
