    "content": "Hon. Members, the Chair has reiterated on a number of occasions that Ministers need to take their jobs seriously. They have a responsibility to this House. Under the circumstances, the Minister should be available with the Ministerial Statement tomorrow morning after Question Time, failure to which the Chair and the House will be left with no option but to do the appropriate thing. There are tools and instruments that are available to the Chair and the House to deal with such conduct and behaviour on the part of the Ministers. The Leader of Government Business and the Prime Minister are not here. Where is the Deputy Leader of Government Business? The ruling of the Chair is that the Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Finance on the Privatisation Commission should be here tomorrow. It has been postponed three times now."
