    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we are talking to the Korean International Development Agency, the Turkish International Development Agency, Kuwait Fund for African Development and the Chinese Government. We always run short when we present our Budget to the Treasury because we are not given the full allocation. So, we engage development partners particularly on important points where we have a high turnover of patients just like the one the hon. Member has raised. We are sure that, through the help of some of our partners, we will be able to assist and rectify the situation."
