    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I support this amendment, I would also like to move an amendment to Rule No.27. Again, it is on the same basis that we leave it to the party to decide whether they want a branch in their constituency or a central government and, therefore, I propose that in the last sentence the words \"district branch\" should read \"district/constituency branch\". This is so that they are all in alignment with the previous amendments. I beg to move that amendment."
