"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I thank the Minister for his 2178 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES July 30, 2008 answer, could he confirm whether there is a standard used by the KEBS in terms of alcohol content that they use to classify a drink as alcoholic or non-alcoholic? I ask this question because some laboratories of reputable schools in this country have tested this drink and have found traces of alcohol. So, is there a level that the KEBS uses to classify whether a drink is alcoholic or non- alcoholic?"
