What particular part is he intending to amend? He has to be specific. You do not just amend a Motion by reading an amendment. You have to be specific in your amendment. Which particular words are you removing and substituting which words for them; then you read out the Motion as amended, and then it will be properly before the House. Right now there is no amended Motion before the House."
