    "content": "Thank you for the guidance. Sometimes, when you are new, it takes older people to give you guidance. I do accept it and I am very grateful for it. On the third line, we have \"gender parity and regional balance\". I want to insert the word \"and\" between the words \"gender parity\" and \"regional balance\". On the same third line after the words \"regional balance\" I want to delete the words \"and inclusion of persons other than Members of Parliament\". After that deletion and insertion then the Motion would read like this:- \"THAT this House do grant leave to introduce a Bill for an Act of Parliament to amend Section 45B of the Constitution of Kenya to provide for gender parity and regional balance in the Parliamentary Service Commission and for matters 2200 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES July 30, 2008 incidental thereto and connected therewith\"."
