    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. The issue raised by the Mover of this Motion requires a considerable ruling from you because one, she is the owner of the Motion. Without having initiated the Motion, we would not have had the opportunity to start debating it. Secondly, if she so chooses to have her Motion suspended, then it is my view that the Chair allows the House to vote on that issue whether they are allowing her to suspend her Motion or not and if it is so, then she can go and re-introduce it. This is because if you do not allow her and we reject the Motion the way we are going to reject it, it means that it is not going to have a chance anyway since it will have disappeared for the next six months. You better listen to her because this is a Motion we are obviously going to defeat."
