    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am actually perturbed by the manner in which the Assistant Minister has answered this Question. In the first place, the victim has suffered 80 per cent body burns. He has a broken leg and not a fracture. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Ministry is not even able to tell the number of people who have actually died in the last ten years. I have information which I have gathered from the police that in 2007, three people died as a result of negligence of the Military officers.
