    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I do appreciate the feelings of the hon. Member. It is regretted that Mr. Leranta was injured as he has said. But there was no recklessness involved on the part of our military personnel. As hon. Members are aware, whenever an exercise is carried out by the military personnel, there are other members of the military personnel who go to look for ammunition that has not exploded. But it is possible for some pieces of unexploded ammunition to be missed by those who are searching and, therefore, dangers or accidents like those can happen. But that is not recklessness. Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I said earlier, we know that, that is a gazetted military training area and members of the public ought to know that there are dangers when they visit that area. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
