    "content": "Chiefs are informed of the time when the exercises will be done so that they may keep away. Mr. Speaker, Sir, may I also use this opportunity to appeal to hon. Members who represent areas which are designated for military exercises to caution members of the public that it is possible and is inevitable that there would be pieces of live ammunition which may not be detected after the exercises and, therefore, they should be careful!
