However, I would like the Minister to confirm, first, what has hindered the progress of this case. Secondly, why the District Development Officer (DDO), who was supposedly the custodian of documents, is still in office. I would also like to know why the District Accountant who signed all the cheques, because he is the mandatory signatory to the cheques, is also still in office?"
