    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, relief food has become a permanent feature in Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASALs). I think we want a long-term assurance on food security issues. We want the Minister to tell us exactly what her Ministry intends to do! That is because relief food cannot be there permanently for the people. It should only be there for emergency.
