Although, I have a copy of the answer, I do not feel competent to deal with it. This is because, clearly, it looks to me that Mr. Yinda is conversant with the goings on at the port. I am afraid his supplementary questions may be of the type I may not handle. I, however, have a copy of the answer. The best thing is for it also, to be given priority tomorrow."
