    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Foreign Affairs regarding Mr. Abdisalam Abubakar Abdi who is a Kenyan student in Egypt and is currently stranded in Cairo together with his pregnant wife and one of their children in the compound of the Kenya High Commission's Office since 19th July, 2008. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like the Minister to clarify the following: (i) Whether this matter has been brought to his attention from our mission in Cairo and what action he has taken so far. (ii) Under what circumstances did the student get stranded? (iii) What role is played by our missions abroad in assisting Kenya?"
