    "content": "The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), which is Charged with collection of duties, is doing a commendable job. In fact, revenue collection has gone up. So, I have no reason to doubt that, that duty is being collected. The main importers of jute bags into the country are Thika Coffee Mills, Sasini, Morrison and Company, KPCU and Coffee Management Services Limited. Those are the main importers and I believe they pay duty."
