(a) Is the Minister aware that there is a crisis at Kenya Planters Co-operative Union (KPCU) due to the resignation, en masse, of senior management staff in protest over the poor governance by the Board of Directors? (b) Could the Minister also table a list of the union's debtors showing the amounts owed by each of them? (c) What action does the Minister intend to take to resolve that recurrent problem once and for all, for the sake of the coffee farmers?"
