    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as much as the Minister has given his reply, we know that the tender for the reconstruction is going on but every weekend, there are at least two or three major accidents that take place especially on the Kakamega section. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the last accident took place only three days ago and the major reason for these accidents are the huge potholes that are now developing due to lack of emergency repairs. Could the Minister assure this House that since Kshs105 million has been allocated for this road that this work will start immediately so that we do not lose further lives?"
