    "content": "I am not aware of what the previous Minister did in court when he was an ordinary Member of Parliament. But as I have said earlier on, as of now, 69 constituencies are districts. So, if we were to make all of them districts, then we have 141 to go. Once we finalise the exercise I have mentioned earlier on, we will bring the amendments to the House."
