We saw people rioting and going to the district hospital because of lack of basic health services. You have also seen it in the media; people living in caves in Naivasha. That is because they do not even have the tents. In a place called Elementaita, they have not had any food supplies for quite a while. Could the Assistant Minister travel to Naivasha and confirm the facts, other than relying on that answer which he may have got by way of telephone?"
