    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as Mr. Mututho has said, this House is not being told the truth regarding the issue of IDPs. The truth of the matter is that the IDPs have been suffering. I doubt whether the issue of IDPs is being regarded with the seriousness it warrants. I demand that the Ministry tells us whether it has a particular programme to address that problem. In the last Budget, a very small amount of money was allocated to that programme. I wonder when the Assistant Minister says that all is well and that people have gone back to their homes and settled--- From what we have witnessed in the IDP camps---"
