(a) Is the Minister aware that River Perkera, which is the lifeline of over 30,000 people within Perkera Irrigation Scheme, is drying up? (b) Is the Minister further aware that the construction of the proposed Chemosusu Dam upstream will lead to the collapse of the irrigation scheme? (c) What urgent action is the Minister taking to address this problem?"
