    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the hon. Member for asking this Question. At the moment, the answer that I have may not be very satisfactory to him. It is true we have set aside resources in this year's Budget to do this Chemosusu Dam. Unfortunately, I have not received any report as expected from the stakeholders and the community, who may have been involved in coming up with this project. This would have assisted me to see what effects the project may have. Therefore, I would like to ask the hon. Member to give me some more time. I have put a team in place to investigate the project and report back to me. I do not want to put up a white elephant in the middle of an area where people need water."
