    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am not aware of what the hon. Member alleges. The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), as the hon. Members will notice, is at the moment engaged in ensuring that goods sold in this country have the diamond mark of quality. This has been an on- ongoing process over the last year or so, in order to ensure that goods that are sold in this country are up to the expected standards. As I have already indicated to the House, we have published the Anti-Counterfeit Bill, which we shall be asking this House to pass into law. This will criminalize this activity and, therefore, ensure protection for our consumers."
